Can witnesses sign before the appointment?

Any document where we are notarizing your signature will require the Notary Public to personally witness the document being signed by you and your witnesses.  We do not accept any pre-signed documents. There are no exceptions as this is a minimum legal requirement. The role of the Notary Public is to personally view and witness all signatures.
