Can I digitally sign my Will or Power of Attorney instead of physically signing a paper copy?

No. Electronic signatures are governed by the Ontario Electronic Commerce Act. Section 31 of this Act states that electronic signatures do not apply to Wills, Trust, or Powers of Attorney.
