What is the price to notarize my Will or Power of Attorney?

We can notarize your Will or Power of Attorney through either our In-Person or our Virtual Witnessing services.

In-Person Notary Appointment: Starts at $79.95 CAD plus HST is our flat fee to notarize your Will or Power of Attorney at any in-person appointment at most locations across Canada.

Will Witnessing - British Columbia: Starts at $149.95 CAD plus tax to notarize your B.C. Last Will and Testament or Living Will and B.C. Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA). Please note: British Columbia Law requires the presence of the person(s) who made the EPA, Appointed Attorney(s), Alternate Attorney(s), two witnesses (bring your own) and Lawyer to sign as the officer.

Virtual Witnessing (via Online Video): Starts at $99.95 CAD plus HST to have a printed paper copy of your Will or Power of Attorney virtually witnessed and physically signed by a NotaryPro notary and a second witness provided for you.

• Xpresspost/ courier fees are extra charges (starting at $47.95).
• Note about Witnesses: NotaryPro can provide the 2nd witness at select locations and can provide witnesses for virtual services. Please confirm with NotaryPro in advance.

Can I electronically sign my Will or Power of Attorney?

No. Canadian laws do not yet permit electronically signing any Will or Power of Attorney. However, our Virtual Witnessing Service allowed wet ink signing via video call. Visit https://www.notarypro.ca/vws  for more information. We do not offer e-signing of Wills/POAs through our Remote Online Notary Service.
