We offer two service types to support your real estate transaction needs:

Option 1: Real Estate Bundle – $535

This all-inclusive option is ideal for those seeking convenience and full document handling. It includes:

• Unlimited provider and witness signatures

• Coordination with your closing lawyer or broker

• Scanning and emailing of completed documents

This service does not include legal advice, title searches, mailing, faxing, courier services, handling of trust funds, or any tasks typically completed by a real estate lawyer.

Option 2: A La Carte Services

Customize your appointment based on your specific needs. Pricing is as follows:

• First provider signature & seal: $48.95

• Additional provider signatures (2nd to 10th): $33.95 each

• Provider signatures (11th+): $15.95 each

• Printing: $1.50/page or $29.99 flat fee (up to 100 pages)

• Scanning: $9.95

How to Book Your Appointment

Once you've selected the option that best suits your needs, use our Find a Notary tool to:

• Locate the nearest NotaryPro location

• Check availability

• Review on-site services such as witness provisions, printing, or multilingual support

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your provider’s contact information. This can be shared with your lawyer or brokerage for coordination and document delivery.
