Yes, absolutely. If we are certifying a true copy of an original document and you do not require your signature to be notarized on a document, you nominate someone else attend the appointment on your behalf to certify the documents.
You will need to write a permission letter to the notary stating:
-Your full name
-The representative's full name and date of birth
-The name of the document(s) being certified
-Date of service.
-Your signature
The nominee will then bring the original copy of the document(s) you need certified, the permission letter and their ID to the appointment to complete the certified true copy service.
