Is the Notary a Witness? Who can be my witness?
- Can my spouse / partner sign in advance and then I will sign in front of the notary (i.e. a document requiring both spouses' signatures)?
- Can my spouse / wife / partner bring the document for me if I sign it in advance?
- Can the witness be my child for a Will or Power of Attorney?
